Best way to return your core?
Your transmission will be shipped to you by FedEx freight carrier. We can arrange to have your core picked up and returned to us for a convenient and affordable rate. Once your order is shipped, we will reach out to you by email with the details. The cost is simply subtracted from your core refund.
What if my transmission has damage or is missing parts, will I still get my core refund?
Your transmission must match the product purchased (model and year) and be assembled. A complete good transmission will get you a full core refund. However, we understand that you may have some missing parts and/or damage and we would like to get you as much of a refund as we can for the good usable parts.
