Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day

Orders placed before 2 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Please check back soon for updates on additional countries.

For Canadian orders, additional customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75
  • Standard Shipping: $8.95 for orders under $75
  • Express Shipping: $14.95
  • Overnight Shipping: $24.95

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and items.

No minimum order requirement for regular customers! However:

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping

You can order as little as one item if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

  • Standard 30-day return window
  • Damaged items: Full refund or replacement
  • Wrong items: We'll cover return shipping

Items must be in the original packaging for returns.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return:

  • Click "Return Items" next to the relevant order
  • Select items and reason for return
  • Print the prepaid return label
  • Pack items securely and ship back
